1. Start design with the thought that it is completely simple
Every advancement starts with a positive attitude, and our design tools are designed to be user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to use. Anyone who uses the Internet easily masters the process of designing our products, and he realizes this himself after designing the first LUMINUS STUDIO product. We also want each of our users to know that we are always available for questions addressed to the customer support center and through social networks.
2. Choose one event, trip or time period as the topic of your photobook
One of the initial mistakes most new users make is that they want to squeeze photos of various events of the last 5, 10, or even 20 years into one photobook. In certain cases, this is a good choice, photos can be arranged in a logical sequence, but experience has advised you to choose one theme or event when designing your first photobook for aesthetic, visual, organizational and thematic purposes. And when you make the first one - the desire to design a photo book for each special life event is guaranteed.
3. Prepare a folder in advance with the photos you want to include in your photo book
This is one of the most important rules. For example, if you have 600 photos of a certain event, but you want to insert 50 or 60 photos in your photo book, it is very important to make a shortlist of photos beforehand and save them in a separate folder, which you then open in our photo program.
4. Insert 2-3 photos per spread
Despite the fact that our printing is at the highest level and the quality of our materials is premium, we advise you to insert 2-3 photos on each spread, so that they will surely be sharp enough and will all come to the fore. Even with our largest formats, pages with fewer photos look much more transparent. Of course, this doesn’t rule out the fact that certain pages with more photos will also look gorgeous.
